शिक्षा का ह्रास " Degradation of education" (Shiksha Ka hrash)

             हमें यह सुनकर दुख हो रहा है कि जो विश्व गुरु हैं, जो विश्व को सत्य का मार्ग दिखाया, सत्य का ज्ञान दिया, जो विश्व को शान्ति का संदेश दिया, जो संपूर्ण विश्व को मानवता का पाठ पढ़ाया। वहां अब शिक्षा का ह्रास हो रहा हैं। जहाँ देश विदेश के लोगों शिक्षा ग्रहण करने आते थे, वहां के शिक्षार्थी को शिक्षा के लिए पलायन करना पर रहा है।

       राजनेता भी देख रहे है कि शिक्षा का ह्रास हो रहा है। वह शिक्षा को बचाने के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठा रहे हैं, शिक्षा बचाओ रैली कर रहे है। कौन शिक्षा बचाएगें?
       शिक्षा को हम सभी मिलकर बचाना होगा, साथ मिलकर काम कर, न कि राजनीति कर।
लेकिन यह सुनकर मुझे दुख होता है कि हमारे देश में शिक्षा, सैनिक पर भी राजनीति हो रहे हैं। शिक्षा को बचाने के लिए सरकार को चाहिए कि सभी विद्यालयों, उच्चविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों तथा विश्वविद्यालयों की रिक्तियां पूर्ण हो तथा विद्यार्थियों कि नियमितता हो। जिस विद्यार्थी का उपस्थित 75 प्रतिशत से कम हो उसे परीक्षा में शामिल होने कि अनुमति न मिले, उनका नामांकन रद्द कर दिया जाए। फिर देखें विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति की संख्या बढ़ जाती है। एक डिजिटल शिकायत केंद्र भी होना चाहिए। यदि विद्यार्थी विद्यालय गया और उन्हें ठीक से नहीं गाईड किया जा रहा हो, तो उनका शिकायत केन्द्र में शिकायत किया जाए तथा उन पर तत्काल कार्रवाई किया जाये।

          सरकार को चहीए कि योग्य योग्य शिक्षकों कि नियुक्ति करें, न कि शिक्षामित्र वाले शिक्षकों की। "शिक्षामित्र" जिसका अर्थ होता है शिक्षा का मित्र अर्थात शिक्षा के बढ़ावा देने वाला। लेकिन ये शिक्षा मित्र शिक्षा के मित्र न होकर शिक्षा के शत्रु हैं। ये तो केवल सरकार के मित्र हैं जो सरकार के पैसे बचाते हैं और भ्रष्टाचार को आगे बढ़ाते हैं। सरकार जनता के आंखों मे धुल झोंक रहे है और शिक्षा का विनाश कर रहे है।ये शिक्षक ऐसे होते जिन्हें शिक्षा का Basic ज्ञान भी नहीं होते है। ये क्या शिक्षा को आगे बढाएगें ये तो केवल भ्रष्टाचार को आगे बढ़ाने में मदद करेंगे और  सरकार को जेब भरने में मदद करेंगे, जेब का size भी अनंत है, ये नही भरेंगे।

  ये शिक्षा मित्र वाले जो शिक्षक है, जो केवल सरकार को भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ाने मदद नहीं करते हैं बल्कि ये ग्राम पंचायतों के मुखिया को भी मदद करते हैं क्योंकि ये उनके खास मित्र होते हैं या तो उन्हें रिश्वत देकर बहाल होते हैं।

   सरकार को चाहिए कि योग्य शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करें और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सख्त निर्णय ले। उन्हें Election में नहीं भेजा जाए, उनसे जनगणना नहीं कराया जाए। यदि जनगणना करना हो, Election करना हो, तो हमारे देश में सरकार के कृपा से बहुत सारे युवा बेरोजगार हैं, उन्हें नियुक्त कर दिया जाए। लेकिन सरकार से जनता का अनुरोध है कि शिक्षा को बर्बाद न किया जाए।

   विद्यार्थी को चाहिए कि OFFICE  से शिक्षकों को बुलाकर पढ़ें। यदि विद्यार्थी बुलाने जाएंगे तो अवश्य पढ़ाने आएंगे क्योंकि उन्हें विद्यार्थीयों से दुश्मनी नहीं है।

बारात " baraat"

        यह सोचकर मुझे हँसी आती हैं कि मैं भी कितना मूर्ख था जो बारात जाने के लिए नंगे भी दौड़कर गाड़ियों के पीछे भागने लगता था।

       

          मेरे एक बचपन दोस्त था उसका शादी था तो सोचा कि शादी विवाह तो बार-बार नहीं होते हैं, फिर मौका मिलेंगे या नहीं। मैं घर गया स्नान किया और कपड़ों को ईस्त्री  किया। बारात जाना था क्योंकि बचपन का दोस्त था। मुझे थोड़ी भुख भी लगी थी पर मुझे बारात जाना था खाना भी न खा सका। मै कपड़े पहना और सबसे पहले गाड़ी में जा बैठा। मैं गाड़ियों को प्रस्थान करने का प्रतिक्षा कर रहा था। तीन घंटे से बैठा हूँ अभी तक गाड़ी न खुली है।

        जब सुर्यास्त हो रहा था तो गाड़ी प्रस्थान करने को तैयार हुआ। जैसे ही गाड़ी खुलने लगी  मेरे दोस्त के कुछ रिश्तेदार आएं उसके भैया को साथ लेकर। गाड़ी में जगह नहीं थी तो उसके भैया ने मुझे उतरने को बोला। मैं गाड़ी से उतर गया। मेरे हृदय को उससे काफी ठेस पहुँचा, मैंने उस दिन से बारात कभी न गया।

        जब सुर्यास्त हो रहा था तो गाड़ी प्रस्थान करने को तैयार हुआ। जैसे ही गाड़ी खुलने लगी  मेरे दोस्त के कुछ रिश्तेदार आएं उसके भैया को साथ लेकर। गाड़ी में जगह नहीं थी तो उसके भैया ने मुझे उतरने को बोला। मैं गाड़ी से उतर गया। मेरे हृदय को उससे काफी ठेस पहुँचा, मैंने उस दिन से बारात कभी न गया।

 

      मैं पहले कहीं घुमने न जाता था। सिर्फ मुझे बारात जाने का शौक था। क्योंकि नया नया गाड़ियों पर चढ़ नया नया गाँव देखने को मिलता। चलते हुए गाड़ियों से बाहर का दृश्य मन को आनंदित करता था। इसलिए मैं नया गाँव देखने बारात जाया करता था।

Once upon a time there lived a washerman named Dhavala. He once spotted a very beautiful lady at pond, who happened to be the daughter of another washerman. He instantly fell in love with her and pleaded with his parents to ask her parents for her hand in marriage. His parents did accordingly and the girl, Madanasundari, got married to him with her parents consent. She then went with Dhavala to live with him.
Once the brother of Madanasundari, came to Dhavala to invite his sister and brother-in-law to their place for festival season. Dhavala agreed and the three of them were returning to Madanasundari's home. On the way they happened to pass by the temple of Durga Devi, the all powerful goddess of power. Her brother wanted to pay a visit to the goddess, and went to the temple. But as soon as he came near the goddess, he wanted to make a massive sacrifice to the goddess. So saying he cut his head off for the goddess. Madanasundari was worried and she then sent her husband to see what the matter was. On seeing the state of his brother-in-law, the husband was also moved deeply and he decided to offer his own head too to the goddess and cut his own head with his scitmar. Madanasundari, after a long wait came and saw both her brother and husband lying on the ground and then decided to take her own life but asked the goddesss to get the same brother and husband in the next life. The goddess was pleased and stopped her from dying and asked her to join their heads and bodies and then she granted them life. In a hurry, Madanasundari, exchanged the heads of her brother and husband and was perplexed.
Betaal stops and asks King Vikram asks this question: Who among the two is the husband of Madanasundari? Vikram replies with a lot of thought, "The body that carries her husband's head is is her husband. The head is the most important part of the human body, and the rest of the body is identified by the head."
As soon as Vikram had finished his answer, Betaal disappeared back to the tree.
